terms & conditions

-Please check all items carefully once received. Should you find any damage, fault or defects with your products, please notify us via email at info@no54designstudio.com within 24 hours. We are not able to replace or refund your product if we are notified beyond this time period.

 

-Please return your items in the original packaging & in unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.

-You are responsible for returning purchased items in their original packaging and any damage incurred in transit  due to insufficient packaging back to No.54 will not be refunded.

-The direct cost of returning any items is your responsibility. No.54 will not be responsible for refunding postage costs unless otherwise agreed.

-You must obtain proof of postage upon return of any items back to No.54. We will not be held responsible for any returns being lost or stolen in transit.

-Any personalised or bespoke items will not be refundable.

-If an item is too large to return via post please email info@no54designstudio.com. If you are in the North West area we will endeavour to collect the item for a fee of £10 which will be payable prior to collection. If you are outside the North West area you will arrange a courier to return the items to No.54. We will not be responsible for any delivery costs incurred.

-Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from receipt of delivery

-All returns must be received by No54 within 30 days from receipt of a delivery to qualify for a refund. Return to the following address :

-We do not accept exchanges unless otherwise agreed.

-Please note any sale or clearance items will not be refundable. We will not issue a credit note or exchange on such items.

-Please note that if you purchase handmade, vintage or upcycled goods they will not be 'factory finish' items. These items will show signs of wear & character which will therefore not be considered as damaged/faulty. Any considerable marks on these products will be outlined in the product description. -Please note PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days to reach your account.
